Not sure what the italians say, but my Lasagna met at least the taste of the kids (or they don’t dare to say otherwise, fearing that they’ll have to starve when mum is working).

Anyways, to shock the italians I put some goat cheese on top and lardon in the meat. The overall result was good enough, everything is gone.
